There is currently no way to do this natively. The only way to do this would be to use something called Script Actions, which is available with the Enterprise tier. It allows you to write code within the rule editor and potentially do anything that you want, including your use case.

The only workaround I know of is a bit cumbersome. You can make the subtasks dependent on the parent task, then set up a rule that takes action, or marks the tasks complete when they are no longer blocked.
Of course, if you’re already using dependencies in your project, this adds another layer. In that case, you could create a custom field to identify subtasks and include that field as a conditional check in your rule.
The easiest way to select and add the dependency or set the custom field on multiple subtasks is by selecting them in the expanded list view and using the group action bar at the bottom of the page.
