Guest User Default Notifications


Looking for a way to add default guest account notifications. We add clients to our teams in order to facilitate task assignments and transparency in our projects. However, by default they get spammed with 1000s of emails any time a change is made on any project they’re a member of. Is there a way to set this to only @mentions and tasks they’re assigned to (or even turn off notifications all together) so that by default they aren’t bombarded with emails as projects are set up, etc.?

At the time, it is not possible to set email notification for @mentions or task assignment only but you can enable or disable email notifications for:

  • Daily Summary
  • Activity Updates
  • Weekly Report

This does not help as you seem to be talking about general account settings.

I’m talking about setting default notification settings for all guest accounts.
