Guest invitation

Hi there! Our small company is facing a problem. Only a few of us have corporate mail, as we have not grown to a large scale, so most of us are guests in the free version of Asana.
Unfortunately, the invitation letter does not arrive at my non-corporate email, just like my colleagues.

We are not faced with a limit on the number of members.
We waited for the letter for about 2 weeks, but it never came.
We have tried all the invitation options, including links, none of them work.

What should we do to invite our colleagues?

Sorry to hear about the issues you are facing.
Can you try to click on forgot password to see if these guests you added are able to login this way?

If that does not work and you tried everything else and you have not reached the max users I recommend reaching out to support. They should be able to assist.

I’ve tried to recover password, as i read this in another topic. It does not work, actually.

I am having the same issue as above. We have also tried the password reset and no luck. Is there a fix for this?
