Google drive file picker pop window option disappeared, instead getting link paste box like below:
I was as surprised as you are, but I actually prefer it because it is a bit quicker. It is more cumbersome when you want to add multiple Google Drive files.

Yes I am seeing it like this since yesterday as well. Seems to be a new way of displaying file upload options.
