Unable to open Google Drive attachment: “this attachment does not exist”

Hi all,

I’m still having issues with OneDrive… It loads but once a file is attached, no one else can open it. They are greeted with a message along the lines of “this attachment does not exist” meanwhile the attachment very much does exist. Anyone else running into this?

Hi @anon51254803, welcome to the Asana Community Forum and sorry for the trouble here! Could you confirm if the file in google Drive was shared with the users that are part of the task? Please note Asana doesn’t change the permissions of the file. If the users don’t have access to the file, they won’t be able to open it.

@Emily_Roman I apologize… I misspoke. I’m having troubles with a ONEDRIVE file, not Google Drive.

I am having an issue where one drive file picker does not open on a Mac either from the app nor from Safari neither from chrome any ideas on how to fix this ?
