Generating/Exporting to an Email from a Task?

I have tasks that I want to individually extract information from. At present, I am copying and pasting from the fields into an email template, but I wonder is there a way to generate/export to an email or email template.

The person I am sending the data to is outside of my Asana workplace, so I cannot simply add them as an assignee.

@Zak_Winduss - welcome to the forum! Perhaps you could utilize read-only links to give each person a project with their relevant tasks (just send them the link once).

Hi @Sarah_Cavanaugh, Yes, you can do this using the “Send email” rule action in our Flowsana integration. It supports our Variable Substitution feature which lets you pull lots of info from the triggering task into the email subject and/or body.
