Is there a way to brand the automated emails that it will send to the person who inputted the request via the form? Right now it sends them a recap, but it’s a little clunky for an external user to get it.
Ideally, we would like to have our logo and some design capabilities over the email. Is this possible, even through a third-party or developer feature?

While it’s currently not possible to brand the confirmation message received after a form is submitted, you can customize the confirmation to some degree.

This topic is still open so I will add my request here. At our company we collaborate with external users (guests) and we would like to add our own logo to the ackowledgement email that people get when they submitted their Asana form. At the moment, there is a clear Asana logo at the top, some adjusted text to say that the form is really for our company, and a tiny name of our company at the very bottom of the email (not logo). Could we please request an ability to add our logo next to Asana logo or replace the Asana one?
I’ll add to this as well. We want to use a form to take support requests and send an email confirmation to the requester, but we do NOT want the email to include the “view in Asana” link.
The answer here does not solve the original question. The original poster is looking for a way to customize the confirmation; the linked page only describes how to enter a custom message that’s displayed on the website after the form is submitted.
