Is there a way to customize the response someone will get when the submit a form? I see where I can update the submission screen and have done that. When I was testing the form with a personal email, I did receive a submission confirmation that had a copy of all of my form responses. What I am trying to accomplish is having a way for that submission confirmation to include a custom message, likely to mimic what the submission screen said but in the email.
The form that we are creating will be used for people that are outside of the marketing/creative team to submit marketing & creative requests. I would like to be able to have something in that submission confirmation email that will have generic messaging to let them know things like next steps.
Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
Just to be sure you are not referring to this confirmation message right? This is available within the form settings.

No, I’ve updated that with some dummy copy and see it in the submission confirmation screen! I will put an image below of the what the submission screen looked like. What I am looking to do is have the ability to edit the copy that is in the submission confirmation email. See below for an example for that!

I received an email that looked like this. Where it says ‘Your submission to ….’ Is where I would like to see if it is possible to edit to match what was on the submission screen.

Asana doesn’t provide a way to customize the confirmation email. We do provide that capability as part of the Forms Support automation in our Flowsana integration - you can set your designed subject and message body. You can read more about this type of automation here in our KnowledgeBase.
