Please don’t close this thread as the last “solution” was not a solution at all and I couldn’t find the information via the link that was provided. I am not seeing a way to customize the form that is sent out as a confirmation once the form is filled out. I need to be able to write up the email that is sent out with extra info other than just a confirmation.
