It would be nice if there was an option to have a Form create an Approval rather than a task from submission. Our use of Forms is 75% based on some variation of an Approval both internal and external.

FYI if all new tasks in that project are created via the form, you could use a newly-added Flowsana rule action as part of this rule: If a task is newly created, set it as an Approval task.

It would also be useful if a Milestone could be created via Form submission.

It would be extremely helpful if tasks from forms could be automatically added in as an Approval. “Set tasks as Approval” in Flowsana looks like it would do this, but my coworkers don’t have Flowsana accounts and I’m trying to use this in a template.

Hi everyone! Wondering if anyone has any updates about a way to have a form create an approval when submitted? I’m hoping for this form to live in a project with other tasks and therefore do not want to create a rule that would impact the other tasks living in that project.
