We have a public form available to be filled out by all staff with only a select group able to edit it. Last week someone created a submission using the form and it converted all our questions to that person’s answers for some reason. We had to manually change everything back, but wanted to know if anyone else has had this happen.
Hi @Jamie_Manship, welcome to the Asana Community Forum! When you mention that once they sent the form submission, all the form questions were converted to that person’s answers, do you mean the questions changed? It’ll be great if you could give me some examples! Thanks

Yes…all the Questions changed to that individuals Answers for some reason…and he doesn’t even have access to edit the form.

You don’t have version tracking in the backend to see what the site looked like on that give day? If you did we could revert the site back to that state and that might give you a clue how this happened. I agree that it was a glitch, however, the why is causing me to lose faith in the Asana forms we have created. Thankfully none of our forms are public for customers to fill out.
Hi @Jamie_Manship, I’m afraid I don’t have the tools in the forum to investigate this further or see what was the previous version of your form. I recommend you contacting our support team as they can have a closer look at your account setup!
Is there a Ticket System with your support team to help investigate and/or resolve issues like this? We just found out this morning that another Project Form as disappeared on us and it doesn’t show up in the delete or archived area suggesting that this is becoming a larger issue with our forms.
