We recently changed some fields in our form and built it out in a project. When we did this we are noticing that the URL for the form has changed. We have shared this with other stakeholders across the business so the reason we added to the original form was to help with this.
Any tips on why this has occurred or also any way to revert to the old URL?

I’ve tried to reproduce this on my end however, the form URL does remain the same after updating. In this case, I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team for further assistance.
