Expand and collapse headings in Pages

I love Pages :blue_heart:

But to keep Pages with a lot of content more organised, I would like to be able to collapse headings (and hide the content underneath). That would let me tuck away content that is rarely needed (but still has to be there).

I do like using the outline view to organise work into sections with the appropriate headings, but I think this would be a great addition to be able to almost minimise a section like we would in a project. Voted

It seems this just got released :star_struck:

@Forum-team, can you mark as Product Ideas > Features Launched?

Hopefully this’ll be coming to headings in task descriptions too if it hasn’t already. They can get pretty long at times.

@Larry_Berger_lpb , we forum leaders can actually do this now. Give it a whirl

Thanks, I just did. (I hadn’t realized that we were enabled for this, and expected to.)

Yes, definitely enabled; not sure about the ‘expected to’ part
But I think I once got a “go ahead” from the @Forum-team so we should be good

Hi everyone! You are right, collapsible headings is live :tada: I’ve published the announcement here:

@Richard_Sather @Larry_Berger_lpb you do have the permissions to mark a topic as launched but is completely optional, I understand you usually want to confirm with us if the feature is actually rolled out or not so we are happy to jump in to confirm and do it ourselves too. Thanks!
