Emails Not Making it to Inbox

Due to email tool rules the Asana notification emails get lost in other subfolders. Is there a way to manage if this goes to other folders instead of inbox in tools such as Outlook and Gmail?

Isn’t it an Outlook or Gmail question rather than an Asana one? :thinking: (by this I mean that you should on Microsoft or Google forum, at it does not seem related to Asana)
