Dropbox Integration Broken

I have a custom rule set up to upload attachments to a Dropbox folder.

It was working last week, but this week, the action for the rule just says “An unknown error has occurred.”.

I have tried the following:

  1. Completely disconnecting Dropbox from Asana and adding it back.
  2. Completely disconnecting Dropbox from Asana, removing Asana from Dropbox, and then adding the Dropbox app back to Asana.
  3. Clearing all cookies & site data.
  4. All of the steps above in another browser.

I don’t know what else to do.

@Hunter_Schoonover1 - welcome to the forum! When you open you rule, if you replace your dropbox url, do you get the same error mentioned in this other post today:

No, I get the error “An unknown error has occurred.”

But the error only occurs AFTER the rule tries to run.

I have contacted support with no replies.

@Hunter_Schoonover1 - unfortunately I think the best course is to wait for support to respond (they have unusually high volume currently, so it might take a bit). I think Asana manages that integration, so hopefully they will be able to route your request to someone who can help. It sounds like you’ve already taken the basic troubleshooting steps, so I’m not sure if there’s much more you can do without their guidance.
