Drag&Drop doesn't work on subtasks

When I click hand cursor shows up but only slightly cursor movement restores default cursor - drag&drop stops working.

  1. are you able to reproduce with an incognito window?
  2. are you able to reproduce with another browser?
  3. could you confirm where this is happening? What are you trying to drag and drop?

Restarting computer make it works in Edge again.
