Hello! I’m using Asana to manage our design team, we have used up our seats but would like to be able to share our design team pipeline (this is basically a single project) with colleagues external to the team without having to add more seats. Everyone uses the same email domain.
Can anybody advise on how to do this without incurring the need for 20+ seats

Since everyone uses the same email domain, all are considered members and will count towards your total number of members. It’s currently not possible to give users read only access and don’t count as member. I recommend you to upvote for this feature here: Asana User Permissions
