Do time-based rules apply after a task is complete?

Hi all,


  • If a task is already complete
  • can the task be moved to another section
  • with a rule on a time-based trigger (say, 30 days)

For example, a completed task is moved to a section. A new due date is set, 30 days after completion. Is it possible, 31 days later, that it is moved to another section, based on a rule that triggers 1 day after being overdue?

I have this rule set up but it doesn’t seem to be moving to the new section.

It seems the “overdue” feature doesn’t apply if the task is done. Correct?

Any insights?


@Joe6 you are correct. Rules are only triggered by incomplete tasks.
