Disappointed with Premium vs Business features

As a long-time Asana user and advocate (5 years +), I’m really disappointed at what, on the surface, appears to be a blatant money-grab by the Asana owners/shareholders, having adopted the Hubspot marketing model to make more money - “oh, you want that cool thing that will actually help your agency?..no problem, just upgrade”

It feels like all the cool new features automatically get added to the Business tier, which is more than double the Premium cost per user.

I get it, Asana has pumped a lot of time and energy into the platform, but my loyalty fades every time a new business-only feature pops up.

We’ve been on Premium ages, and it feels like we’re being held to “feature-ransom” unless we upgrade.

Anyone else feel this way? :unamused:

Please note we are constantly working to add new features across our different plans like Forms and Rules available to all our Paid plans, and we are continuously working on improving and releasing new features for all our users.

We are aware that Business tier might not be the best plan for every Team or Company but in your case it might be worthy to sign up for a trial and see if it suits you and your team better.
