I have created a Form which contains several Questions connected to specific Custom Task Fields. How do I stop Asana from writing the answers to the Questions in the Task Description? This is creating duplicate data; i.e., I only want the answers to Questions mapped to Task Fields to appear in those Task Fields, not in the Task Description.
NM. I figured it out… toggle off “Copy all responses to task description” in the Form Settings.
Ideally we could choose which Form Questions to put into Task Fields and which into the Task Description.
I think in particular we dont have the option to remove this function. What you can try is in the Form settings - You can toggle off the option as per below screenshot. Let me know if that works for you, thanks!
