My desktop app is saying I am no longer on a paid plan and my projects use custom features, so it won’t let me see without upgrading my plan. But I’ve never had a paid plan, and I everything is working as normal on the iPhone App. Any suggestions why this is happening and how I can fix it and remain on the free plan?

If you did a trial, which might have even been done for you, and then it ended, that might put in this circumstance.
