Hello, I am using Asanas free Plan as Only one user. I have 2 projects in total. The Testphase is over now and all of the sudden one project says I need a paid Plan and the other one is just Fine and useable. I am not using any paid Features, I need it for very simple tasks. It says I am using „custom fields“ Which is a paid Option. I dont even know what it is and I am not using it. Can anyone help with this issue ? How can I fix it?

Your best bet is to Contact Sales. They may be able to extend your trial and identify which paid features you need to remove.
