Unable to switch back to Free Personal Plan – Account access limited after trial ended

Hello,

I signed up for a free personal plan on Asana and have been using it solely for managing my own tasks. However, after the trial period ended, I no longer see any option to revert back to the free plan. Instead, I am only presented with paid plan options (Starter and above).

This situation is currently blocking my workflow, as I am unable to access my tasks and calendar.

Could you please assist me in restoring access to the free personal plan, or advise on how I can regain access to my existing data without upgrading?
