We have 6 workspaces, and every time I go to the Asana web site, the first one alphabetically comes up. It’s very annoying because I don’t really work in that one very often, so I have to select a different workspace every time. It would be nice if I could designate a “Default Home Workspace”, or re-sort the workspaces so the ones I use most are at the top and then it could just default to the one at the top of my list when I go to the Asana web site.
I’ve been told I can bookmark the workspace I use most and go to it that way, and I’ve done that, but I’m more of a keyboard person and just prefer clicking in the URL and typing “asana.com”
Technically, the last space you were working on should open by default, but your browser might have some settings preventing that. That’s what the “robot” told me when I sent an email to directly to Support, and when a real person replied to me, they said that doesn’t really work. And, it doesn’t. I can open up a different work space in Asana, close my browser, and bring it back up and when I do, it ALWAYS returns to the one at the top of my list, NOT the one I was working in.
So, maybe this is not a new feature request, but a bug report?

I have more than 20 workspaces/orgs but this is not an issue because I keep Asana opened 
Use a tool like Fluid or Nativefier to keep it opened instead of using a Chrome tab!
I’m not familiar with either of the apps you mentioned. Plus it seems like an awful lot of work to stop Asana from bring up workspaces in new tabs. It looks to me like this change in behavior is annoying to enough people that they should either change it back, or make it an option. For the time being, I will create a folder on my bookmark bar, store bookmarks in there and use that instead. It’s annoying, but I guess I will have to change my habits to fit Asana’s interface.
On the contrary, I believe it would affect 1% or less of their millions users
