When a form is deactivated, the user sees a generic “form not found” page. Escpecially at the enterprise level, it would be great if we could customize this page for a deactivated form.
A use case would be to have an application that is closed after the deadline, but that then tells the user they came to the right place but the form is now closed, and provides a link to a page to learn more.
I avoid using Asana forms for short-term submission windows because of the potential for a bad user experience.
A custom “form not found” page at the Organization level would be great too, but more specifically I’m asking for the ability to deactivate a form and customize what a user sees if attempting to access that deactivated form.
This would be a great feature to have.
We have a form for accepting newsletter submissions and we put a hold on this over December/January when there are fewer staff around due to school holidays.
It would be great to be able to deactivate the form and let people know where to go in the meantime for comms assistance and when the newsletter will be back in action.
Hello! Hopping in to support the addition of this feature.
I’m working on a project that relies on submissions of an intake form, however, I’d like to be able to put a pause on submissions via methods like this.
Being able to deactivate the form with a custom message that tells them to return at a later time to submit would help us from bombarding our project with too many tasks to handle. Please consider making this a feature. Thank you!!
