So… a request form was accidentally deleted today. This form is pretty much our lifeline for external stakeholder requests, so definitely not an ideal situation. It took a while to fine-tune and build out, but I’m not panicking (yet) because I’ve seen a few forum posts mentioning that support should be able to help restore it. My main concern now is the turnaround time, hoping it doesn’t take too long to get it back.
That brings me to my question: once the form is restored, will everything function exactly as it did before? I had a few rules and workflows set up around this form: will those still be intact, or am I looking at having to rebuild them from scratch? Also, will the form URL remain the same?
Also, if anyone has dealt with Asana support for something like this before, any insight on how long the restoration process takes would be much appreciated!!
If you don’t hear back from Support by early next week, please let me know and I’ll try to get expedited help (no guarantee!). If they can do the restore, I don’t think it takes much extra time, if any.
I think so, but best to check out each of your questions to make sure. I don’t think you’ll have to rebuild things, but perhaps a rule could end up paused and you just need to activate it again, perhaps.

I’ve checked the status of your ticket and see that Support replied to you just a few hours after your submission. If you didn’t receive their reply, let me know, and I can ask them to resend it. Please also check your spam folder in case their message landed there.
