I’ve submitted several tickets to deactivate my account and I’ve only gotten bot responses back. It’s absolutely ridiculous that it’s THIS hard to close my account just because I’m an account owner. WHY?! None of the resource pages are helpful, the “Let’s talk” bot is not helpful, and customer service is nonexistent. What am I supposed to do?

Did you try and fail to deactivate your account on your own, because you can do that like this, if this is what you’re requesting:

To get an email response from a person (eventually), contact support directly with these steps.
