Help - Accidentally deactivated Asana account

Hi, accidentally deactivated my Asana account. I put in a ticket with customer service but looking for any further advice on how to expedite the process of getting back in. Hoping all my projects are still intact.

Support may be experiencing high volumes so it may take a bit. Make sure not to reply to your Support email until after they reply to you, because you’ll lose your position in the queue and be sent to the end each time you do.

Due to the high volume of requests that Support is currently handling, we unfortunately aren’t able to expedite requests at the moment. They are following special protocols to ensure everyone gets assistance as soon as possible.

That said, data loss issues are usually managed by a dedicated team and are treated as high priority, so they tend to be processed more quickly. I see that one of our agents has already replied to Natasha via email, so I hope they can recover the data soon! :pray:
