I hope you’re doing well.
While attempting to delete one of my organizations, I mistakenly deleted my entire account. I should have paid closer attention to the warnings, but after a long workday, I was certain I was only deleting the organization—not the whole account.
Fortunately, I noticed in the confirmation email that my account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Since then, I have been trying to contact your support team almost every other day. Initially, I attempted to use the chatbot but encountered the error: “Unfortunately, a system error has occurred. The chat will now reset in this window.”
I have also sent four emails so far but have yet to receive a response. I completely understand that your customer service team is busy, but I just want to ensure that my request has been received and will be addressed before the 30-day window expires.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and truly appreciate any assistance you can provide in reactivating my account.
However, I was able to open a ticket using the temporary forum and have received an automatic confirmation that it will be addressed “as soon as possible.”
