Reactivating Account

Hello ~ I accidentally deactivated my account when trying to remove a workspace. I’ve reached out to the support team multiple times, but haven’t gotten an update on reactivating my account + restoring my tasks (or if that’s even possible.) Any chance I can get some help here?

Sorry to hear about your issue.

I’m not from the Forum-team, but I don’t think the forum can make any (Christmas) miracle on this; and you might have to wait for the Support to get back to you.

The right way to create a support ticket:
go to Asana Support - Help Center • Asana (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”

From what I’m seeing our support team has responded to you and reactivated your account, so you should be all set :slight_smile:
