Custom Rules No Longer Triggering

Pretty straight forward. Recently changed admin accounts, and now all old rules created with previous admin account don’t trigger (they were paused when the old account created them was deleted, but since unpaused, and still won’t trigger) and now if I make a new rule, it also won’t trigger.

This is very frustrating. Why has this stopped working. At this point the only reason we’re subscribed to business instead of premium is because of custom rules, but if they don’t work or have random down time, this will not work for us.

It sounds like this might be a permission issue caused by the change of admins, so I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team directly. They will have the tools to look into your custom fields setup and unblock your team.
