Creating Workflow Triggers that don't count non-working days


I have created a trigger within the workflow once a form is submitted. However, I when I assign a due date of 4 days after the form is submitted, the due date calculated does not account for non-working days. Is their a way to set “non-working” days for the company or project, so due dates can be automated?
