I am struggling hard here. So I have a client who I am trying to create a stacked bar chart for in Asana Reporting. Essentially, she wants to track and compare “Total Cost” (custom field) for her rolled up Portfolios by month. So the x-axis would be months, y-axis total cost, and the bar would be stacked with her various portfolios. But for some reason I can’t figure out how to stack it. Is this even possible? Here is a screen shot of what I currently have. [image]

Heads up on this topic. Would be so useful in everyday reporting

Any Updates here? We are desperately waiting for this feature too…

While we wait Asana to provide stacked bar charts, I suggest taking a look at the Analytics & Reports by Screenful. It’s an add-on to Asana that allows creating advanced charts, including stacked bar charts. Here’s an example chart: [Charts+Screenshot+5] You can learn more about the add-on and signup for a free trial to give it a try!

Is there an expected release date for this feature?

Asana doesn’t communicate on their roadmap

Adding my vote here, my org sorely needs this functionality, as our reporting is extremely clunky without it

Also hoping this will come soon, @Stephen_Li ! It’s loooong overdue, IMO.

Agreed along with Line Charts that display multiple lines.

As we started looking into dashboards based on data , we will need charts like Stacked column chart, Gauge charts, Plan on a Page (Bird on a wire) for task.
