Create a follow-up task on Status Updates doesn't recognize my subscription plan

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: using the Asana desktop app, when I try to create a follow-up task from a status report, i can’t choose a start date (“premium feature” even though i’m on a business license

Steps to reproduce: view the previous status report from the Overview tab of a project; click the … and choose “Create Follow-Up Task”. In the follow-up task, try to assign a start date

Browser version: happening in the the app / Chrome is up to date
Version 100.0.4896.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Welcome, @anon57634093,

It’s confusing, but what may be the cause of your problem is that your Asana installation is not organization-wide (Organization Business plan), but rather for a subset only (Division Business plan or Team Business plan). If that’s the case, and you are not operating within the Division or Team, you’d see this screenshot.

You could check with your org’s Asana billing owner, or with your AE or support@asana.com.

Hope that helps,

Larry
