Creating a task via email start date issue(s)

Hi, When I create a task via email using Outlook there is only a option to select the start date after the task is created in Asana. Additional issue, when I create a task via Outlook email and do not select a specific project, once the task is created in Asana it does not allow you to add a start date unless you upgrade license from Business to Premium, but if you select a project when creating it in your email, you can select a start date on the task once it is created in Asana. Seems like a very similar function in both scenarios that should not require a license upgrade. Hoping someone has a tip for navigating. Thank you
