We rely heavily on asana’s inbox to notify other team members or team leaders about comments on tasks. We do this by using the @mention functionality. However, we are finding that sometimes, the comment doesn’t reach the intended person’s Inbox even though they were @mentioned. This has resulted in team leaders missing important information related to a task.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any insight into what might be happening?
That is very very surprising, I never heard such a bug. Are you sure you aren’t mentioning a team for example instead of a user? does it happen if you do multiple mentions in a row?
Hi @Bastien_Siebman We are definitely @mentioning users. I’ve since found some other threads on this topic and it doesn’t seem to have resolved over the years
