Mentions sometimes not showing up in inbox?

I’ve had a couple of instances in the past week myself, and another user at my company had this happen once for sure, where I’m @ mentioned in a comment but I don’t see it in my inbox.

In the latest instance for me, from yesterday evening, a coworker tagged me on a comment. I received the email notification in my Outlook inbox, but in the Asana inbox I can’t find it at all.

I’ve confirmed that I have notifications set as follows:

  • Desktop app: All activity
  • Email notifications: Mentions only

I filtered my Activity tab in the inbox to show just @ mentions & it’s not there, and scrolled a ways through the Archive to see if I had accidentally archived it, but don’t see it there either.

Anyone else experience this? It seems intermittent but it frustrating.

I’m not sure if this could account for it, but can you make sure Expand notifications is checked and see if that helps?

@lpb — I gave that a try, didn’t seem to help. :\

I think I’ll open a ticket while it’s still fresh.
