🍒 Cherry-picking custom fields

Hi,

I have “theorized” something I have been doing for a while: designing my Asana in a way that I can “cherry-pick” custom fields I want. Instead of having several custom fields attached to the same project, I have several projects, each with the custom fields I want, and I cherry-pick them by adding the task to those projects.

I work the same way. I also do this with rules. especially if they use custom fields

Same here. I tend to think of these types of projects (ones with specific Custom Fields) as “Focus Views”

Same! I’ve been doing that as well, at least in those areas where such reuse is possible and can save time.
