Can't Verify Email


I changed one of my email addresses recently and now I get the “We couldn’t verify your email” pop-up over and over. I’ve gone to Account Settings and have tried everything I can think of. It seems like the new email is correctly tied to my account, but the pop-up continues.


I’ve clicked the email link and I’ve tried carefully copying the whole link and pasting it into the browser. Is there something else I need to do to appropriately verify my email to fix this?


Hi Scotty, did you ever solve your problem as I’m having the same issue… I have a feeling a former employee open our account and I can’t seem to resolve this issue. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thx
