Can't assaign admin role to members

Good Day to everyone.
With my version of Asana I should be able to assign up to 5 admins.
Unfortunately i only have myself and one more team member as an option for the admin assignment.
Does anyone know how to fix this or am I doing something wrong?

Are your colleagues Guest or Full members of your Organization (https://asana.com/guide/help/faq/common-questions#gl-guests) The reason why I’m asking this question is because only full members can be named Org Admin.

Most of them are guests because of an email-address-setting i do not know how to change. Is that the problem? How do I change it?

Yes, in order to become full members, Guests must add an email address to their account using the domain attached to your Organization. So if the domain of your Organization is @myorgemail.com, your colleague need to add their @myorgemail.com to their existing account. As soon as they do, they will be converted from Guest to full members and you will then be able to make them Admins.
