Hey all. I’m the admin for my org. We have a 30-seat business account that I manage. We have a new staff member that has worked with us in the past as an independent contractor, but is now coming on with us full time. I want to change the email on her account so that its our domain and not her old email. We want her to be able to access all her old tasks but still have full member access. I can’t figure out how to do this. Can anyone lend some assistance?

In this case you only need to request the member to add their new email address to their existing Asana account (associated with the old email address). They can follow these quick steps.
Once they add their new email address, they will become full Organization members and they will also keep having access to their previous projects and tasks. They will also be able to login to their Asana account with the new email address.
