can't add a new member

I can’t add a new member. When I send an invitation, nothing happens or an error message pops up. What to do?

Thanks Andrea_Mayer. I wrote to support but didn’t get a response.

If you are a free user it might take a bit longer vs if you would be a paid user.
Please also keep in mind that whenever you send a follow-up message that would push your request towards the end of the queue.
