I’m using Asana free plan for a few years now. We’re a team of 3 people. Since last few days, I’m unable to add new members to my Asana projects. It’s asking to upgrade.
As far as I know we could on free plan till 15 teammates.
Is anyone else facing this issue?
Any solutions please.
The notification I’m getting is " Upgrade to Premium to add members to private projects.
Upgrade"
Thank you,
Goldi
Hi @Svapnil_Kambale you are right, the basic version of Asana is free for teams of up to 15 members. In order to investigate this further, I recommend you contacting our support team: How to contact our Support Team email . Unfortunately I don’t have the tools in the forum to have a look at your account setup and confirm what could be the issue here. Apologies for any inconvenience!
I hope the issue is solved soon! Let me know if you have any questions.
Hi Emily,
Thank you for writing back. I’ve already emailed support, with no replies so far.
Hope they help me soon as our work is getting hindered. Or we might have to shift to some other platform, if this is not resolved.

Hello,
We are unable to invite new members to Asana, despite having less than 15 members. We have made multiple attempts with both invite or invite link, including sending it from the asana admin.
Would you kindly support us in solving this problem as soon as possible?
We have also contacted support but have not heard anything so far. case #893938
Thank you in advance!
After years of using ASANA with less than 15 members, I’m also having problems adding new team members. Has anyone found a solution? I’ve already messaged support and created a ticket. Thanks.
