Cannot add users on free plan- even though there is still space

Despite having less than 15 users (which is allowed on the free plan), Asana is not allowing me to add any more and keeps giving me an error - “Your invite wasn’t sent. Please contact support.”

Browser version: Google Chrome, Version 87.0.4280.141

Did you contact support ?
Joke aside, the forum is not considered “support” in that sense, you need to contact the official support so they can look at your specific case
