Can't access my organization or account - need to downgrade my account and I don't seem to have permissions.

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: I can’t access my account on Asana to downgrade. I go to my “Organization Settings” and can only see “General”

I’m sorry to hear you are running into this issue. You might be able to downgrade you plan directly from your account by following these steps: https://asana.com/guide/help/premium/billing#gl-downgrade .
