Cannot access Billing or Contact Support after trial ended

Hi,

My free trial has ended and now I’m blocked by the “Choose a plan” screen.

The problem is that I cannot:

access the Billing / Admin Console page (it says I don’t have permission),

access the Help Center contact form (it logs me in and then shows “temporarily unavailable”),

access the page to message an admin or request a downgrade.

I only need the Free Basic plan for educational purposes and I want to keep my existing projects.

How can I downgrade my workspace to the Free plan or contact Asana Support if all these pages are inaccessible?
