If you don’t need the custom fields and don’t want to upgrade then I don’t think you need to do anything. As it states, you are no longer on a paid plan.
I’m assuming you are able to access the project without the custom fields?
@Jan-Rienk - I think this is the screen that appears when you get auto-downgraded to a free plan and lose access to projects that included paid features (custom fields). Not 100% sure but saw a couple other posts in the forum semi-recently about this.
@Aleksei.Lukoianov - I believe this screen indicates that you have already been moved to the free plan. To recover this project (don’t worry, it’s still there and unaffected, just access-gated), follow these steps to create a support ticket with Asana. You can include the URL for the project(s) you can’t access to speed up their process.

Yes, I have access to the project and I can go to the task card if I select it through the search bar.
But the general list of tasks is not displayed.

I see that you’ve tested in different browsers, but can you confirm if you’ve also tried using an incognito window? Sometimes, browser extensions can block the chat popup. If it works in incognito mode, you will know that the issue is with the browser extensions.
Also, I’ve slightly changed the title of your topic to better reflect the issue you are experiencing, and to make it easier for other users with the same issues to find it. Hope you don’t mind!

I have received a response from tech support. In a nutshell - to disable customizable fields and switch to free plan - I need to pay the plan and disable the fields.
I couldn’t find a use for the customizable fields. Kindly hook me up with a 3 day trial so I can disable them. I just need a list of tasks.
