Unable to close "Your trial has ended"

Hi,

My trial ended several weeks ago, and since then the “your trial is over” pop-up has never gone away, and it’s quite annoying. If I click on it, it redirects me to the “Choose Your Plan” page, which has no clickable option to stay with the free plan.

I have tried several remedies:

  • Wipe the cache and data from websites
  • Different browsers
  • Downloading the desktop application
    None of these work.

Looking at this forum I see that several people have faced the same problem, but none of the proposed solutions seem to work. I have contacted support but, besides a significant delay in response, it is not helpful at all.

Is anyone facing the same problem right now? Any suggestions?

Hi @Federico_Barusco, sorry for the trouble. When you click “Select a plan”, there should be an option “Not ready? Go back to a free Basic plan.”. Can you please test if that works? If not, please share a screenshot of what you see.

That said, I see that you already have an ongoing case with Support, and if you still don’t see the option to select the free plan, I’d recommend following up in your email thread, and our Support team will be able to disable the trial for you. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:

As already mentioned, there is no clickable option to stay with the free basic plan (see attached screenshots).

Yes, I’m already talking with the support, but any helps, here is the latest response:
I’ve checked your account, and it appears that you’re currently on the free basic plan. The “Your trial ended” message you’re seeing on the lower left is just a change in the UI. You can simply ignore it unless you want to upgrade in the future.

I think that “You can simply ignore it” cannot be considered a solution, imho.
