how to get rid of the following pop up after completion of trial period ?
The pop ups dont allow to use the app in desktop:

This pop-up should disappear after you select “Compare plans”. Can you please try and let me know if the issue persists?
Thanks for your reply. The problem is persistent. If I select ‘compare plans’, it redirects me to a new page. If I go back to my home page or login again in Asana, ‘Your 30-day trial has ended’ notification instantly pops up and doesn’t let me use Asana.
thanks for confirming this information @Priyen_Patel and sorry to hear the issue persists! In order to escalate this to our development team, can you just confirmed if the issue persists after clearing your browser cache and trying on incognito window?
I guess paying is a good workaround
I am having this issues as well and I have well under 15 people. I tried all of the above with no luck. I used to be able to hit compare plans and then go back and it would be gone but now I cant even access any of my items!
@Emily_Roman Affirmative! I tried it both ways, still the same issue persists.
