Potentially some features are currently still being used that are not supported in the free plan which might be causing issues, because normally you can just select the free plan after you select the pick plan. More info also here.
Welcome @Paige_Cortner, on your end on the pop up when you click pick a plan it does not allow to select the free one?

Hi @anon25857653 and @Paige_Cortner, sorry to hear about this issue. As @Andrea_Mayer mentioned, at the end of a trial you will see a pop up window asking you to select your plan in order to continue. If you do not wish to start a paid plan, you can certainly select to continue on the Basic free option.
To get rid of the pop up, click Select Plan , and on the new screen select Not ready? Downgrade to a free Basic plan . Please let me know if these options don’t appear for you. In that case, it would be very helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you are seeing.
